Ron fulfilled a childhood dream on the basketball court at Florida State University (FSU), playing for the Seminoles between 1988-1991. Not only did he achieve the honor of team captain in his senior year, but he was also recognized as FSU’s Atlantic Coast Conference Scholarship Athlete at the Year in 1991. His passion for sports persisted post-graduation as he took on the role of Director of Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning at FSU for seven years. In 2000, Ron transitioned to Premier Health and Fitness Center as their Associate Director. A year later, he embraced a spiritual calling, becoming Senior Pastor of Every Nation Tallahassee Church, a role he cherishes to this day. Apart from his pastoral duties, Ron is the Director of Human Performance at Town Center Fitness in Tallahassee Florida. He holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Nutrition and Sports Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ron and Cindy, his beloved wife, are proud parents to three wonderful sons: Josiah, Ethan and Noah.
